Ph.D., Civil and Environmental Engineering
Utah State University

I focus on watershed hydrology, surface water quality, and human dimensions of water use. My research includes observation systems and sensor networks, data models, development of cyberinfrastructure supporting environmental observations, using Geographic Information Systems for data analysis and dissemination, and modeling techniques for surface water hydrology and water quality.

Research

My research interests focus on developing new technology and data to increase understanding of watershed and environmental processes and enable better prediction, management, and stewardship.
